2026 AUSTRALIAN TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS - EVENT INFORMATION

OVERVIEW

Event Date

• 18 – 21 June - PSA
• 20 – 21 June - Graded
• 22 – 23 June – National Teams 

Venue : Carrara Squash Centre, 296 Nerang Broadbeach Rd, Carrara QLD 4211
Team Nomination Closing Date – 11:55pm Sunday 24th May 2026

Team Event Format
Teams must meet the minimum required players to be eligible to compete.

• Team composition: Min 2 Males & 2 Females – Max 3 Males/3 Females per team
• Scoring: Best of 5, PAR to 11.
• Competition days: 2

 Eligibility

• Must meet a minimum one of the following:
  • An affiliated member to their State/Territory. 
  • Be a resident of the state/territory.
  • Represented the state/territory as a junior at state or national level.
• Players must meet their state/territory selection criteria and be nominated by the state/territory association to Squash Australia.
• Team Nomination Form and entry fee must be submitted for entry to be valid by nominated closing date (4 weeks prior to commencement).
• Teams must meet the minimum required players to be eligible to compete.
• A state/territory may enter a maximum of 1 team.

Team Point Allocation

• Each match win is worth 1 point, a total of 4 points available.
• 1 bonus point for the overall winning team of the round.
• A total of 5 points maximum per round.

The winner of each round is determined on the most matches won, most games 
won, and then most points won. In the case of all points being equal bonus points 
are split 0.5 each.

ANC Regulations and Policy

Teams should be wearing full team uniform for the photos (team colours can be found in the event policy).
All players will receive a copy of their State/Territory photo.
